Recall that when interviewed by investigators at Graceland on the afternoon of 8/16/77, neither Dr. Nichopoulos nor Nurse Henley revealed the drug storage and dispensing arrangement they were operating at Graceland, which is discussed here. In fact, both individuals were lying by omission when they failed to mention the arrangement since they both knew that it would be relevant to an investigation into the sudden death of a man, under their care, who was addicted to prescription medication. When asked in his deposition if he inquired as to where Henley kept the medication, Lt. McCachren replied:
